Account Manager/Sales Support Administrator

8.30-5pm Monday – Friday (half hour lunch) 40 hours 
Harlow Office 
£25,500 p.a plus OTE to be discussed at interview stage

  
Our lovely client in Harlow is seeking to appoint an Sales Supporting Administrator to assist in their Harlow office.
This role will go permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate. 
  
You will be based from the office in Harlow daily. There is no hybrid in this role.  You will join an experienced and exceptionally friendly and supportive team, working as key coordinator/administrator  for the telephone sales team.

Responsibilities:
  
  • Update customers with estimated time of arrival of goods, follow-up with courtesy call once delivered
  • Update quote, order and delivery logs
  • Assist with incoming call enquiries
  • Manage outstanding orders and allocation of stock
  • Assist with database management, updating all customer communications
  • Liaise with internal customers on warranty claims, spares enquiries, etc
  • Responsible for day-to-day office administration
  • Chasing ongoing larger projects 
  • Keeping systems up to date
  • Team co-ordinating
  •  Assisting and supporting the Sales team with any overflow of work
 
Requirements:
  
  • Previous office administration experience would be an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Good time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident and pro-active on the phone
  
Full training will be provided on all products and services.
