Our client is an independent estate agency specialising in high-end properties across the stunning regions of Devon and Cornwall. The portfolio includes some of the most luxurious homes, with values reaching up to £3 million. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional, personalised service to their discerning clientele, and are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join the dedicated high-end sales team.

Position Overview

The Director is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant who is passionate about luxury real estate and has a deep understanding of the property market in Devon and Cornwall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales to achieve the best possible outcomes for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about each property.
  • Negotiate sales terms and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Provide market insights and advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for promoting properties.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the luxury property sector.
  • Ensure all client interactions reflect our commitment to exceptional service and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales, preferably within the high-end property market.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Devon and Cornwall property market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
