Following a boom in business, our client are pleased to be growing their team and are seeking a Sales Consultant to join their busy office on the outskirts of Reading.

Key Duties

• Quoting and selling products and packages
• Making clients aware of deals and offers
• Following up on quotes to encourage sales
• Advise clients of the terms & conditions
• Explaining products and packages clearly and in detail
• Amend bookings as required
• Assist with any questions clients may have
• Identify opportunities for product and service up-sell and for new client acquisition.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail or hospitality
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative as well
• Driving licence and access to own car
• Flexible to work weekends (the role involves working 1 in 3 weekends)

Please note: due to the location of the office and occasional travel requirements, access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.

The office hours are:
9am to 6pm Monday to Saturdays.
10am to 6pm on Sundays.
This role involves working 1 in 3 weekends.
