Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £31,000 OTE to start — higher potential for experienced professionals in winning instructions and closing sales.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:30pm; alternate Saturdays, 9:00am-1:00pm

The Opportunity
A hugely busy, successful, and profitable sales team in Milton Keynes is looking for its next high-performing Sales Consultant.

What You'll Do
Maximise business opportunities and drive new sales
Advertise properties, register applicants, and book viewings
Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Build local relationships and business alliances, including developers
Act as a trusted communication channel between client and vendor
Accurately prepare property details and manage data entry
Guide buyers and sellers through the full sales process, from viewing to completion
What they are Looking For
Experience: 6-12 months+ in residential sales with a proven record of securing new business
Sales Skills: Confident closer with excellent negotiation ability
Customer Focus: Strong service ethic and telephone manner
Self-Starter: Driven, tenacious, and eager to succeed
