Sales Consultant
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £31,000 OTE to start — higher potential for experienced professionals in winning instructions and closing sales.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:30pm; alternate Saturdays, 9:00am-1:00pm

The Opportunity

A hugely busy, successful, and profitable sales team in Milton Keynes is looking for its next high-performing Sales Consultant.

If you have a solid background in Estate Agency and are motivated, enthusiastic, and career-driven — this is your opportunity to join an industry-leading property group with strong career progression and earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Maximise business opportunities and drive new sales

  • Advertise properties, register applicants, and book viewings

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets

  • Build local relationships and business alliances, including developers

  • Act as a trusted communication channel between client and vendor

  • Accurately prepare property details and manage data entry

  • Guide buyers and sellers through the full sales process, from viewing to completion

What they are Looking For

  • Experience: 6-12 months+ in residential sales with a proven record of securing new business

  • Sales Skills: Confident closer with excellent negotiation ability

  • Customer Focus: Strong service ethic and telephone manner

  • Self-Starter: Driven, tenacious, and eager to succeed

  • Relationship Builder: Trusted communicator at all levels

  • Adaptable: Positive attitude and openness to change
