In this role, the Sales Controller will manage the Sales Team, ensuring effective engagement with the enquiry management system and overseeing the allocation of sales enquiries. The Sales Controller will also lead improvements to the system, follow up on customer interactions, and strive to meet sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Manage the Sales Team staff and their engagement.
