- Free eye tests.
- Handle all enquiries, including capturing enquirer details, booking appointments, resolving queries, and providing information on procedures.
- Ensure completion of information forms and rearrange appointments as necessary.
- Liaise with the admin team and consultants to move patient appointments in the event of clinic cancellations.
- Focus on conversion and tracking of all patient enquiries to outpatient appointments and procedures to meet monthly targets.
- Accurately and timely price procedures for patients, ensuring excellent customer service and opportunity for conversion.
- Prepare sales quotations for patients, ensuring all procedures are costed for profitability.
- Serve as the point of contact for all queries across all departments internally and for external customers.
- Maximise enquiry conversion opportunities through customer service skills.
- Overcome patient objections and sell against competitors by understanding our unique selling points.
- Adhere to company and hospital policies and procedures.
- Utilise CRM and patient portal fully and correctly to keep a record of all enquiries and interactions.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and facilitate communication.
- Strong team player.
