The Sales Coordinator must have strong administration skills and attention to detail, must be a team player, be well-presented and a polite, tactful and friendly character, have the ability to follow processes and procedures and to be comfortable with referring to managers where necessary.

To be able to deal with customers in a patient, calm and effective way and be able to work as part of a team. Excellent organisation, time management skills and a high level of attention to detail required. Strong problem-solving skills necessary. Very good written and verbal communication is required.

* Minimum 5 years' administration experience in a fast paced environment

* Extensive use of business computer systems including Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.
