Job Title: Sales/Customer Care Coordinator

Location: Covent Garden, London (with travel across multiple London sites)

Contract Type: 12-month FTC (potential for permanent)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)

Job Description:

My client is seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as a Sales/Customer Care Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential support to both our Sales and Customer Care teams. Your responsibilities will include assisting with viewings, sales progression, void checks, key handovers, and snagging on plots. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our launch days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales and Customer Care teams in daily activities.
  • Assist with property viewings and sales progression.
  • Conduct void checks and manage key handovers.
  • Handle snagging issues on plots.
  • Provide support during launch days and events.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 6 months of experience is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to various sites across London, including East Croydon, Walthamstow, Finchley, and Greenwich (travel expenses covered).
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (with a day off in lieu).
  • Flexibility to work from home for 2 days a week, subject to business needs.
