An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client in a Customer focussed role.

Salary £28k + generous bonus

Your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound enquiries into successful sales. You will be the key contact for customers, offering expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their project needs. The ideal candidate will be confident, customer-focused and have the ability to develop and maintain relationships.

  • Dealing with initial enquiries either face to face, phone calls or via email.
  • Building relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Converting enquiries into sales
  • Inputting all new enquiries on to Salesforce and company database.
  • Measuring drawings and creating cost sheets through cost sheet templates. Understanding the project specific requirements of each job and being able to price accordingly.
  • Producing a quotation which is sent to the customer.
  • Answering any technical questions or product specific questions which clients/architects/builders have regarding the quotation and products.
  • Keeping track of all quotes that are sent out and actively following up.
  • Processing customer orders and relaying key information to the Accounts and Operations Teams.
  • Sending product samples as requested by customers
