Sales Development Executive

£35,000 - £40,000 (OTE £55,000)

Milton Keynes - hybrid

Permanent

As a Sales Development Executive, you will join a rapidly expanding sales team and help scale outbound lead generation focused solely on the US market. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads and meetings for Account Executives to follow up on.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Development Executive

  • Uncovering & developing new business opportunities via outbound calling, email, and social selling techniques in the US
  • Utilising lead generation software to identify key contacts within target accounts
  • Following up on a high volume of qualified leads to initiate conversations
  • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI’s
  • Identifying, processing, and qualifying leads into sales opportunities

Key skills of a Sales Development Executive

  • 1-2 years in an outbound sales role
  • An in depth understanding of US culture
  • A hunter
  • Proven track record of working to KPIs
  • Team player
  • Growth mindset
  • SaaS experience - desirable
