Sales Development Representative
Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Legal & KYC/KYB)
Location: Hybrid, major cities in the UK
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 base with OTE up to £90,000

Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Legal & KYC/KYB) - Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound activities.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
- Teaming with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals.
- Performing effective online demos to prospects.
Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Legal & KYC/KYB) - Requirements:
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence with proactive outbound skills.
- Previous experience selling into the legal industry.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
