Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Legal & KYC/KYB)

Location: Hybrid, major cities in the UK

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 base with OTE up to £90,000

The company is a leading provider of advanced legal technology solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency and security of law firms. Their innovative products include automated AML compliance, AI-powered ID verification, integrated case management, client intake, secure digital payments, and digital document signing.

Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Legal & KYC/KYB) - Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound activities.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
  • Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest.
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
  • Teaming with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals.
  • Performing effective online demos to prospects.

Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Legal & KYC/KYB) - Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence with proactive outbound skills.
  • Previous experience selling into the legal industry.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
