Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Rep

30-35k base + OTE uncapped

Hybrid, London.

This client's platform uses machine learning algorithms to analyze customer behavior and optimize messaging for maximum impact. The company's technology is designed to increase conversion rates, improve customer engagement, and boost revenue for online retailers.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Approach prospective customers through a number of outbound routes (cold calling / emailing / social selling / getting creative to identify the customer's needs, qualify their interests and reinforce the benefits of company.
• URoute specific leads and arrange meetings/demos for the appropriate sales consultant for further development and closure.
• Attend the meetings/demos which you have arranged in order to learn more about the company's offering for that particular customer type.

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant SDR experience in Martech.
• A positive self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
• A high degree of coach-ability; attentive listening skills
• Strong drive and ambition
• Excellent written/verbal communications skills, with the ability to adapt and tailor to different personas.
• A highly motivated driven and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
