Sales Development Representative - Manchester - Up to £28k/OTE £40k+

A fast growing SaaS company based in Manchester is looking for a professional and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR), to help them grow their customer base. Their solutions are loved by some well known big name companies across many different industries.

You will be responsible for generating qualified leads through a omni-channel outbound approach (calls, emails and social), to ensure a regular flow of sales-ready opportunities to the wider commercial team.

This role has a clear progression path to an Account Manager role.

Job role of the SDR:

  • Identify, research and qualify new potential clients and key contacts
  • Develop a clear understanding of the proposition and solutions to generate brand awareness, interest and engagement
  • Build relationships with senior decision-making contacts (typically Financial Directors, Sales/Commercial Directors and MD’s)
  • Set-up and support calls/demos for the senior sales team
  • Manage and maintain the sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Work closely with and support marketing in targeted campaigns

Who/what are we looking for?

  • 6 months+ working in a B2B sales environment (preferably SaaS but not essential)
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Must be Manchester Based
