Key Responsibilities:
Be a sales originator and have tangible contacts within offshore funds, fund service providers and general knowledge of banking infrastructure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and solution pitching to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Develop and execute strategic partnerships with financial institutions, banks, TMS/ERPs and payment providers.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to shape sales strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and client success.
Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to overall company growth.
Work closely with the product team, involving them in the sales strategy as appropriate.
What our client is looking For:
Proven experience in fund/institutional sales or business development within financial services, fintech, payments, or banking.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Able to technically understand how the product and service is delivered and be able to have reasonably technical conversations with prospective clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of the banking ecosystem, embedded finance, and cross-border payment solutions.
Experience managing complex sales engagements and negotiating high-value contracts.
A strong professional network across sectors such as private markets, pensions, and MNC treasuries.
Ability to craft technical solution mapping and implementation strategies tailored to client needs.
Passion for financial technology, a keen interest in industry developments, and the ability to provide insights into evolving trends.
