The Role
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, capitalising on the advantages of well-respected international brands and own label capability, significant investment in NPD and a purpose built, state of the art UK manufacturing facility, your key tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing a market entry strategy for the UK's major retailers
  • Recruit, lead and develop a high calibre national sales and marketing team
  • Personal key account management and development
  • As a key member of the SLT, to promote a high-performance culture throughout the business
  • Put the customer at the forefront of everything they do

The Person
Hands on, ambitious, senior sales professional and Leader with a strong FMCG sales background and demonstrably strong relationships with the UKs leading retailers.

Able to demonstrate astute strategy development and implementation, consistently growing market share and profitability in a competitive market

Inspirational leader, an excellent communicator, relationship builder, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

Personal credibility, vision and drive.

Backed by the resources of a major international market leader, significant investment in new product development, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and a high calibre, ambitious senior leadership team, the business is now perfectly poised for rapid growth…………… and that's where you come in!

Location

The new purpose-built UK head office and manufacturing facility is being built in the North West of England.

It is envisaged that whilst this is a national role, the successful candidate will need to (at least initially) be prepared to spend 2-3 days per week in the North West as the SLT is assembled and bonds.
