Job Role: Sales Enablement Specialist

Location: Flexible - must be willing to travel to various client sites throughout the UK

Salary: £35,000 + bonus + mileage

Chapman Tate Associates seeks a Sales Enablement Specialist to join this award winning IT MSP of Cloud, Cyber, Cloud, Digital Workplace and Connectivity based solutions.

My client are dedicated to empowering our sales teams with the tools, resources, and strategies they need to succeed. Their innovative approach and commitment to excellence drive their growth and success.

They are looking for a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to join their Sales Operation and help elevate the sales performance to new heights.

Overview:

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales effectiveness and productivity. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and deliver impactful training programs, sales content, and tools that enable our sales teams to achieve their goals. Your strategic insights and hands-on support will be crucial in shaping the future of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training Programs: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing sales team development.
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, scripts, and other resources to support the sales process.
  • Sales Tools and Technology: Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategies.
  • Coaching and Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets and improve their skills.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Experience needed:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in sales enablement tools and CRM software.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improvements.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to manage multiple priorities.
