Working hours - 37.5 (9.45am - 5.15pm) working 5 days out of Thursday - Monday.
A leading Property Reisidental Developer has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Executive to work in their Exeter location.
Offering an fantastic opportunity to develop and proguess within a sales team to oversee the sales of new homes to customers in Devon. You will be responsible for generating sales leads and providing a high level of Customer Service.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
- Looking after the show house and sales office
- Qualifying potential customers and assisting them accordingly, showing them around show houses/plots and developments
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with the customers and assisting them in their journey to buying a new home
- Keeping contact with Solicitors/agents and be proactive in completing the sale
- Promoting any extras and providing high level of customer service at all times
- Marketing developments and attending events as and when required
- Undertaking market research and business development and to ensure maximum revenue
What’s required :
- Experience of delivering sales ideally within Property/Estate agency
- Understands the property and construction market
- Has experience of maintaining relationships with customers
- Can demonstrate ability to negotiate and maximum sales
- Passionate about delivering a high level of service
- Can work to targets and can work using your own initiative
- Have a full driving licence
