Your Role:

• Collaborate with the Retention Team and Sales Managers to maximize profitable sales and ensure world-class customer experiences.
• Engage customers, understanding their buying strategies, and facilitate test drives.
• Negotiate pricing and payment methods, including financing options.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and follow-up, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Plan and organize daily sales activities to generate new business.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable, with a strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure.
• IT literate (PC, Microsoft, web) and holds a full UK driving licence.

Working Hours:

• 45 hours per week, plus alternate weekends.

Salary:

• Basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with OTE potential.
