Sales Executive

LOCATION: Kingswood, Bristol

START DATE: ASAP

PAY: £25,000-28,000 per annum (+ bonus scheme)

PERMANENT

WORKING HOURS: Full-time, 39.5 hours per week

Standard working hours: Mon-Fri, 08.00am-5.00pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays)

Vacancy - Sales Executive

ESS Employment Ltd are looking to employ an Office Based Sales Executive to work with an established client as part of a high performing team within a rapidly expanding business. The successful candidate will be part of a vibrant energetic sales team with excellent support structure.

Duties for the role:

• Actively engage in outbound prospecting across various markets to seek out new business opportunities
• To drive account development with good relationship management skills
• Manage incoming queries and orders, and work with appropriate departments to resolve customer queries, orders and complaints
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products to existing accounts
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

The successful candidate:

• Previous experience working in a customer service role within a manufacturing business

would be beneficial

• Competent in using Microsoft Office and Outlook, including Word and Excel
• Previous experience of using CRM software would be beneficial
• Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach to work
• Full Clean Driving Licence
