Sales Executive

Reed are delighted to be partnering with a well-established, high-end organisation in Saxmundham, who are seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team. With a salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission (can be £60,000 OTE), you will primarily handle the inbound sales enquiries, with someone who is highly skilled at closing sales being an ideal candidate. Applications are welcome from those with a sales or recruitment background.

Working Pattern Available:

• Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00 (flexible)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• To identify new business opportunities through outbound activity and take clients through the sales process including quotations, negotiation and closing the sale.
• This position primarily deals with the company’s daily inbound enquiries, ensuring you can lead the client through the sales process and close deals effectively.
• Opportunity for offsite travel to meet clients in-person and build to maintain and develop relationships (expenses paid).
• Contact qualified leads to gain new clients and build portfolio.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Background in sales or recruitment is essential.
• Highly skilled at closing sales.
• Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face to nurture relationships.
• A proactive, energetic, goal/results orientated, outbound communicator.
• Strong IT skills - Competent with CRM systems, Outlook and Excel is preferred.
