Sales Executive
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, generating quotes and maintaining customer satisfaction. Listen and offer advice to customers on product options building and developing professional relationships. Work closely with our design department to ensure all customer specifications are clearly met. Review market trends and revenue analysis as advised by the Sales Manager.
As part of the Sales Team, you’ll be expected help us meet and surpass business targets and contribute to our company’s sustainable growth.
Main Duties
- Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies.
- Generate Sales leads and introduce our company products.
- Generate quotes and close sales with customers.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Achieve sales and KPI targets in line with business expectations.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving their inquiries in a timely fashion.
- Advising on product improvements to include in forthcoming product developments.
- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
- Maintain and update customers on progress of their project and answer any concerns or questions.
- Maintain awareness of new product development, new initiatives and promotional activity.
- Provide cover for Sales Team.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (desired)
- Professional, Personable and Presentable
- Customer focused attitude
- Passion for sales and a hunger to close a deal
- Impeccable attention to detail
- An ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and communication skills
