Job Description

• Handling incoming emails and calls from customers
• Supporting the Account Management team In building and maintaining good relationships with our customers,
• Keying an assortment of orders and quotes of varying difficulty, quickly and accurately.
• Upselling and cross selling our products to customers.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
• Working towards team and company targets.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent telephone manner.
