Sales Executive

Up to £28,000 DOE (negotiable) rising to £30,000 after 6 months successful probation – uncapped commission! OTE £50k in first year!

Maidenhead – fully office based for now, but can be hybrid after around 1 year, when you are fully trained

Free parking onsite

Monday – Friday 09:00 - 17:00

My client, based in Maidenhead, are looking for passionate and motivated Sales Executives to join their rapidly growing business. This is a great time to join the company and there is a lot of opportunity for progression as they grow, it could be a more senior sale position further down the line or another role internally as there are many different departments.

Duties:-

  • Providing qualified quality leads to the sales team
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Sending follow up emails
  • Qualifying leads
  • Forecasting
  • Achieving targets set
  • Updating CRM

Essential criteria:-

  • At least 12 months experience in a telephone-based sales role
  • Comfortable making lots of outbound sales calls
  • Experience in working to targets and KPIs
  • Comfortable liaising with senior decision makers
  • PC Literate – pick up systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated
  • Proactive approach
