We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. • Identify and develop prospects, working closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them towards the most appropriate product.
• Demonstrate product options, adapting to customer buying strategies and encouraging product experiences through test drives.
• Negotiate prices, payment methods, and finance arrangements directly with customers, adhering to company guidelines.
• Participate actively in training and development opportunities to help achieve the company's aims and objectives.
• Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability aligns with customer expectations, place orders, update customer records, and schedule any additional services or work before the delivery date.
• Conduct follow-up calls post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain relationships, and foster future business.
• Plan and organise daily selling activities, such as making calls to sales prospects to generate new business.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide seamless service to customers.
