The Role:

• Engage with customers to accurately understand their requirements and actively sell relevant products or services
• Guide customers through the hire/rental process, explaining terms, availability and ensuring accurate agreements are completed
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product/service offerings and the available hire/rental fleet, including features, benefits and pricing
• Prepare accurate sales quotations and hire agreements, processing orders efficiently and ensuring all documentation is completed
• Monitor the availability of the hire fleet, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure equipment is ready for hire and returned efficiently

The Person:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Experience within a hire company
