The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business with considerable experience in the supply and distribution of goods to the hospitality sector. The Sales Leader will be responsible for overseeing a high-growth client category, and managing large regional accounts. This will include executing the business development strategy, driving customer growth, managing territories and coaching and mentoring a team.

The Candidate
An experienced Sales Manager with strong background of selling into the hospitality sector. You will have considerable experience of partnering with senior leaders to create a business development strategy, and have a proven track record of driving customer and revenue growth. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will also have experience of leading and developing sales teams.

The Company
We are currently retained by a rapidly growing company with a strong history of supplying products in to the hospitality sector throughout the UK. In pursuit of strategic expansion plans, our client is actively seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to spearhead and elevate the sales team's performance and development.
