Sales Ledger Clerk
Working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Corby, Quest Employment are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their friendly Finance and Customer Service team. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for raising the sales invoices and supporting the sales ledger function.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 11am-4pm
- 25hrs a week

Duties and responsibilities:
- Requesting invoice payments from customers
- Card payments and petty cash
- Processing receipts and delivery notes
- Following all documented processes and ensuring the smooth running of the business
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally and promptly
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales ledger
- Ability to manage your own workloads and projects in an organised manner
- Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office packages and Sage
- Analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
