Sales Ledger Clerk - Distribution & Logistics - Warrington - £25,000
About the Company
Our client is a major player in the UK and International distribution market with an exceptional reputation within the industry. They are seeking some to join their Biling Team who has prior experience within either a billing, sales ledger or general finance role.
As Sales Ledger clerk you will be responsible for raising and issuing customer invoices and credits, reconciling data and producing internal reports. You will also be liaising directly with customers to raise quotations and deal with any billing queries.
This is a permanent position which offers thew opportunity to develop further within an innovative and expanding business.

Sales Ledger Clerk - Requirements
- You must have experience within a fast paced finance department within a billing / sales ledger type role.
- Prior experience of dealing directly with Customers
- Experience of using Sage / similar accounting software
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and reconcile complex data
- Flexible and adaptable in your approach and a strong team player
Sales Ledger Clerk - Responsibilities
- Raising customer invoices using the company’s bespoke software
- Inputting invoices into Sage
- Managing any customer queries / quotation requests
- Working closely with colleagues across finance, sales and client services
- Logging information into the companies CRM software
