Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a Sales or Lettings Negotiator to drive residential deals across Hounslow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and conduct property viewings.

• Negotiate offers between landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers.

• Manage relationships with clients and applicants.

• Hit sales/letting targets and generate new business.

What you’ll bring:

• Previous property sales or lettings experience.

• Driven and competitive nature.

• Excellent people skills and strong closing ability.

• Full driving licence (preferred).
