42.5-Hour Contract * 5 Days a Week * Mon-Fri 10am-7pm * Sat 10am-6pm * Sun 10am-4pm

Are you a car enthusiast with a knack for sales? Then this Sales Manager role could be for you!

Working for a leading automotive retailer in the used car market, you'll be responsible for managing a team of Business Managers within the Central Funding Department, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial contact to final purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a Team of Business Managers to deliver outstanding customer service throughout the F&I Department (Finance & Insurance)

* Drive the team to exceed group F&I targets.

* Act as the finance expert during the sales process, assisting customers in securing suitable funding solutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with our panel of lenders, staying updated on their latest policies and systems.

To be successful, you'll need:

* At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager, focused on maximising F&I revenue.

* A proven track record of Customer Service

* Strong mentorship and coaching abilities

* Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail

* FCA Accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

* A full UK driving licence

* A professional appearance

What we offer:

* £55,000 per annum plus uncapped commission

* Permanent contract

* Company car
