Here is a great opportunity for a Sales Leader/Manager to join a well-established and specialist outfit providing services to the electronics sector from Design to Procurement and Manufacturing.

This opening is ideal for someone who is from an Electronic/Manufacturing background with strong management, leadership, mentoring and cross-function abilities to deliver consistent results for the company and client.

From design and engineering to production and assembly, you'll play a key role in bringing innovative products to life. Everything is handled in-house, from sourcing components to building complete systems, so you'll gain experience across the entire electronics manufacturing spectrum.

The role will involve developing your team's skills while account management and securing new deals across industries. Manage the entire sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and present to executives. This role demands strong communication, presentation skills, and strategic thinking.

The Role:

* Plan and organise sales to meet company objectives.

* Support and maximise the sales team's potential.

* Establish sales targets, coach, train, motivate and review teams action plans.

* Participate in sales meetings, and work closely with the commercial director to ensure requirements can be met.

Candidate Requirements:

* Manufacturing and Electronics / Sales/Contracts/Commercial Manager

* Selling electronic components - desirable

* Driving Licence

* IT Skills (MS Office, CRM)
