Are you an experienced Sales Manager and would like to join a hugely successful sales team? You will be responsible for account management of existing and new business opportunities, within the hospitality industry and be self-motivated, driven and passionate. This is an exciting time to join this organisation who continue to grow and add to their teams. There is a salary of up to £40,000 basic, plus car allowance and monthly bonus, OTE of £60,000

The Role:

  • To achieve new business revenue targets
  • Create, nurture and manage your sales pipeline
  • Experience within the hospitality offering for the company at any client-facing engagements
  • Maintain an excellent level of market knowledge and have a creative and proactive approach when engaging with new clients

About you:

  • Have a proven track record of success in previous sales with the hospitality industry including fitout
  • Experience in selling within the catering and hospitality sector
  • Be consultative with a strong understanding of the sales process from initial lead generation to product presentation and closing skills
  • Possess exceptional face-to-face sales and negotiation skills
  • Be superbly organised and disciplined
  • Have strong rapport building skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
  • Have a positive and outgoing personality
