The Business:
A dynamic, innovative and growing drainage and plumbing organisations operating across the facilities industry. Working with large corporate organisations and on commercial B2B projects & contracts.

With 25+ in the business and after another successful start to the year, the sales team is growing. The business focuses the majority of their business around the outskirts of London, within circa 100 miles.

With clear direction and a clear vision of what they what achieve, this business has a strong foundation to build on. With dedicated, motivated and driven personnel throughout the business, you’ll be joining a thriving business hungry to achieve more.
  
The Role:

As the Sales Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Director to understand and identify target clients to bring on. Networking, outreach and building relationships with key stakeholders within organisations.

The vision is to build out a sales team with Business Development Managers and Sales Development Executives. So, if you’re excited by the prospect of leading a team and contributing significantly to the success and growth of a business, this is a great opportunity.

This is an office-based role with regular travel to meet clients and strike up those, with HQ in Essex you must be willing to be in the office 5 days a week.
With an attractive commission structure along with the basic, this position has a very high earning potential for a successful applicant.

  • - 5+ Years of experience within Drainage or Facilities
  • - Success of winning large commercial projects / contracts
  • - Determined, Professional and Hard-Working
  • - Outgoing, Positive and Proactive
  • - Record in B2B sales
  • - Great communication & presentation skills
