Salary - £30,000, OTE £60,000 + Car allowance

Hours - 5-day week - Monday -Thursday 9-6pm Friday 9am-6pm, Sat 9.30am-4pm day off in lieu if Saturday worked, 1 Saturday off a month.

Our client, one of North London’s longest established independently owned estate agencies is looking for a sales Manager to join them in their bus office in Crouch End. Offering a fantastic commission structure within a friendly and motivated team. You will be required to promote the client in a positive way, be responsive and proactive in your daily tasks. They are ready to give you the tools to succeed within this fantastic agency.

You will be responsible for:

• Advising clients & companies throughout the sales process
• Closing property deals
• Following up all sales enquiries
• Building rapport and maintaining client relationships
