Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking for a new permanent position in the Spalding area? Berry Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you!

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £50,000 (depending on experience)
  • Company Car: Must have no more than 3 points on your licence
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, mostly office-based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Production teams to commercialise new products
  • Achieve multi-year sales and royalty targets by developing all available market opportunities
  • Create joint business plans for major customers
  • Maintain a high level of commercial and technical expertise to ensure respect and effectiveness in the industry
  • Participate in activities such as Open Days, Conferences, Briefings, and internal/external meetings
  • Work with a customer-centric ethos, including significant travel in the UK and Europe, which may occur outside standard working hours

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with KPIs and achieving targets
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing deals
