From planning and implementing sales and marketing activities to meet office targets for turnover, growth, and profitability, to overseeing the activities of the branch and personnel under your control, you must be professional in your approach to every aspect of your role.

Personal specification:

• Recent managerial experience within residential sales
• Fully understand the principals of how to win business
• Knowledge of the local area
• Strong communication skills
• Superb customer service skills
• Natural leader and ability to motivate a team
• Confident managing a busy office
• IT literate - MS Office suite.
• Literate and numerate
• Full UK driving licence.

The salary on offer will include a basic of £30,000 plus on target earnings of £50,000 to £70,000. Our client will also provide a car allowance.
