Job Role: Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency

Job Locations: TW11 (Teddington area)

Salary: Basic Salary circa £24,000 DOE with an OTE of £40,000 (realistic) (Guide)

We have an opportunity with a highly reputable and highly regarded leading property company for either a Sales Negotiator or a Senior Sales Negotiator in their busy Teddington office - salary will be commensurate with your experience.

We are looking for somone with:

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in estate agency or relevant sales

• Positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Desire and motivation to achieve targets and goals

• High standards of service and presentation

• Solid local knowledge of the TW11, TW12 and KT2 areas

• Full UK driving licence
