Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an independent Estate Agency based in the Barkingside area, they are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their successful sales team.

As a Sales Negotiator you will need to be proactive, assertive and work under pressure in a busy environment.

Some responsibilities but not limited:

·Effectively communicate by telephone, face to face and email enquiries that arise
·Registering prospective purchasers then match them with suitable properties
·Arranging viewings and attending them
·Maintaining all systems are regularly updated and feedback given to vendors and prospective purchasers logged and communicated to relevant parties
·Successfully negotiate offers with prospective buyers and vendors
·Advise buyers about mortgage and conveyancing and refer to relevant organisations to assist in the home buying process
·Participate in active marketing initiatives and canvass for new business and developing market share
·Continually keeping up-to-date with local trends and looking for new business opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

·Should have 6 months plus experience in Estate Agency
·Drive and passion to progress their career in Property
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Customer orientated with the willingness to go the extra mile
·Team player but also can work independently
·Self-motivated and goal orientated
·Full driving licence with own car

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000pa depending on experience
OTE £35,000+
