Sales Negotiator / Junior

We have just been instructed by a multi-award winning, independent estate agency to help recruit a Sales Negotiator to join its busy, dedicated team in Bedford.

Previous estate agency experience is not necessary as full training will be provided, however, you will ideally have had experience within a target driven sales role within a similar industry.

• Experience within residential estate agency would be preferred, but is not essential
• Enjoy meeting and greeting customers
• Have knowledge of the local area (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communications skills
• A professional telephone manner
• Assertive, confident and friendly
• Good time management skills
• A full UK driving licence and own car.

The salary on offer will include a basic of up to £22,000, plus on target earnings set to be in the region of £27,000 to £30,000 in your first year. In your second year with the company, you will be earning in the region of c. £35,000 to £40,000 depending on performance!
