As a Sales Negotiator based in Nottingham you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Managing a ledger of customers forming and maintaining excellent relationships
  • Dealing with invoice queries, providing quotes and processing customer orders
  • Negotiating prices with customers and suppliers where necessary and upselling products
  • Responding to customer phone calls, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, between 8.00am – 5.00pm.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

  • A background in sales or a customer service role with admin skills
  • Merchant and industry experience  is desirable
  • Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to negotiate over the phone
  • Enthusiasm, proactive, with ability to work at pace!
