Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator? Are you looking for a new challenge with an award winning, market leading independent Estate Agent? Our client offers a brilliant working environment in their fast-paced St Albans office where high commission earnings are achievable.
Due to the continued growth and robust plans to continue growing their market share, they are looking to invest in an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The successful candidate must be driven, and hardworking and possess experience as a Sales Negotiator within Estate Agency for at least 2 years, ideally. If you have a winning mindset with local knowledge of St Albans, although this isn’t essential, then apply today!

Salary package and benefits for the role of Sales Negotiator include:

  • Basic £20,000 + £3k Car allowance
  • OTE £35,000 - £40,000 Depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday 9am to pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu (5 day working week)
  • Pooled and individual commission
  • Parking permit
  • Career progression

Skills required for the role of the Sales Negotiator will include:

  • Local market value knowledge preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of the sales process within property
  • Very well spoken and presentable
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Proven track record in hitting targets
  • Must hold full UK driving licence and own your own car

The role of the Sales Negotiator will include:

  • Meeting with clients
  • Keeping up to date with market value
  • Possessing excellent negotiating skills
  • Deal with a high volume of market appraisals
