An excellent opportunity for a well presented, customer service driven Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected, multi-branch independent agent within their office in North Swindon.    

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Benefits  

  • Up to £25,000 basic salary plus commission
  • OTE from £27,000 - £35,000 (uncapped and DOE)
  • Parking on site
  • Mileage paid
  • 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and birthday off, rising with each year of service

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities  

  • Liaise on a day-to-day basis with clients and handle enquiries
  • Book viewings
  • Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs 
  • Encourage second viewings; offers etc where appropriate
  • Negotiate and agree buyer offers 
  • Maintain and manage accurate administrative records 
  • Carry out valuations (DOE) and spot opportunities for new business
  • Cross sell with other departments and third parties
  • Support with sales progression when required

 Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed  

  • Previous estate agency experience is required
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Valuation experience is highly desirable
  • You will be well spoken and well presented  
  • Full and clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle 
  • Computer literate with a good working understanding of social media
