Working Hours: 5-day week Mon to Thurs 9am -7pm, Friday 9am - 6pm Including most Saturdays

Location: Catford

Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 plus commission OTE £30,000 - £35,000

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned negotiator who can carry out valuations to join a highly sought-after Estate Agent taking on a Sales Negotiator role in a successful office. Along with your wealth of knowledge and experience you will have a flair for sales and the ability to build a real rapport with people.

As a Negotiator you will source and see business through to completion, you will be a quick learner and naturally a people person.

What you will be doing most days:

• Sourcing new business and seeing business through tocompletion
• Organising and attending valuations
• Working to financial, individual and teamtargets
• Increasing the companyturnover
• Opening and developing professional relationships with clients andcolleagues
• Canvassing andmarketing
• Completing necessary paperwork to finalisedeals
• Negotiatingterms
