Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: North West London (selling in all areas of London)
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-3pm
Salary: Flexible on base salary – generous commission structure
Days In Office: 5 days in plus alternate Saturday's

We have an exciting new role on with a highly respected, boutique estate agency with multiple offices across prime London postcodes. Renowned for their expertise in luxury sales and lettings, they’re looking to expand their sales team with an experienced and polished Senior Sales Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and articulate property professional who has built a strong track record in the London residential sales market and is looking to take the next step in their career.

- Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming enquiries and registering prospective buyers in a professional and engaging manner
  • Creating strong relationships with buyers and vendors, offering exceptional service at every stage
  • Preparing sales documentation to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Overseeing deals from offer to completion, liaising with solicitors and stakeholders throughout
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings across some of London’s most desirable postcodes
  • Delivering timely and insightful feedback to vendors
  • Handling negotiations and securing offers with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for all parties

- Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator 
  • Experience working with HNWI preferred but not essential 
  • Comfortable using property software and confident with IT systems
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Well-spoken, confident, and immaculately presented
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
