Location: Camberley, Surrey

?? Salary: £25,000 per annum
?? OTE: £40,000 per annum

The Role We are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join our team. If you’re passionate about property, have strong sales skills, and enjoy building relationships with clients, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
? Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers
? Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
? Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers
? Manage property listings and keep databases up to date
? Work closely with the sales team to generate new business
? Stay informed about local property market trends

What We’re Looking For
? 1-2 years of estate agency experience (preferred)
? Passion for sales and customer service
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Professional and well-presented approach
? Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle

? Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM (on a rota basis)
