Sales Negotiator and Valuer
Are you an experienced and high performing Sales Negotiator? We’re currently looking for a Sales Negotiator on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in Sheffield to join their friendly and already successful sales team..
Key responsibilities:

• Hit or exceed agreed income target
• Maintaining own group of prospective sales applicants
• Updating vendors
• Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of local property market
• Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
• Be competent in sales progression.

Skills:

• This role requires you to have had a solid track record in sales negotiating.
• You must be passionate about property.
• Driven, dynamic and hungry.
• The ability to hit the ground running
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Package on offer:
Basic £25,000 Realistic OTE £35,000 plus

All successful candidates can earn extra income from mortgage appointments, solicitors’ income, and listings There is also a monthly office targets bonus for hitting targets on Valuations, Sales and Exchanges and shared in the office.

Hours:
The office is open 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
9:30am-1:00pm Saturday (1 in 3)
