• Experience within residential sales
• Able to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High standards of service and presentation
• Knowledge of the local area
• Full UK driving licence.

The salary on offer will include a basic of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £40,000 to £50,000. The company will provide you with a car allowance.
