Hays are working with a well established business in Shifnal who are looking to recruit a Sales Office Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role working within a small family run business. This is a varied, interesting position.
Your new role
As an Office Administrator your role will involve:
- Enhancing recruitment software database.
- Completing proposals, updating CV's and client specifications.
- Digital Marketing - experience of using LinkedIn
- Enhancing recruitment software database

- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Arranging interviews, taking client/candidate calls
In order to be considered for this immediate opportunity you will ideally be of graduate calibre from a fast-paced sales environment, have a good sense of humour and the ability to handle additional responsibilities or new challenges on a day to day basis.
This role is integral to our operation; therefore, you must demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills with excellent written English grammar and spelling.
Ideally, candidates will additionally possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel, and have an excellent eye for detail.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally educated to a degree level.
- Have experience of working in a fast-paced sales environment
- A good sense of humour and the ability to handle additional responsibilities or new challenges on a day to day basis.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills with excellent written English grammar and spelling.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel and have an excellent eye for detail.
