I am working with a leading supplier who are searching for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team.

Job Responsibility

This will be a varied role to support the businesses

• Supporting customers with any product queries or questions they have by email or telephone
• Support with pricing, quotes and tenders
• Upsell products to customers when necessary
• Responsible for receiving new shipments and ensuring all documentation is correct
• Calling new businesses to discuss products
• Reach out to lapsed clients to tell them about new products
• Manage point-of-sale process
• Keep up to date with product information to become a product expert
• Provide a high level of customer service

The ideal candidate will have proven office experience, able to communicate well over the phone and by email and be happy to support the wider business.
