Role Responsibilities:

  • Equip the Sales team with incisive data analysis and presentations, tailored for swift comprehension and action.
  • Uphold CRM data integrity through close collaboration with the Commercial team.
  • Develop and oversee performance metrics and KPIs to cultivate success within the Commercial team.
  • Contribute to forecasting sessions with Sales Leaders, offering valuable updates and perspectives.
  • Compile weekly and monthly sales reports for executive review, shaping commercial strategy.
  • Craft client briefs, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Oversee the assembly and presentation of monthly commission statements and quarterly reports.
  • Extract and interpret data from diverse sources to generate insightful reports that guide sales strategy and facilitate executive decision-making.
  • Initiate and manage changes within the Commercial division to support strategic objectives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business landscape and market dynamics.
  • Work on projects that necessitate modifications to CRM systems and reporting structures.

Candidate Profile:

  • A track record of thriving in high-velocity environments, managing substantial data sets and system interfaces.
  • Significant experience in roles demanding quantitative analysis, analytics, and strategic problem-solving.
  • Skilled in the use of CRM platforms and BI tools for comprehensive reporting and dashboard development.
  • Adept at transforming complex Big Data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Confident in articulating intricate data narratives to senior management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI (or equivalent), Excel, and PowerPoint.
